These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Funky Flow Studios website, products, and services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Digital Products and Assets

All digital products, including UI/UX templates, sample packs, and generative AI prompt libraries sold on our store, are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these assets for your personal or commercial projects, subject to the specific licensing terms provided with the product.

You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense our digital assets in their original form.

2. AI Software Services

For custom AI software solutions and API integrations, a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Enterprise Agreement will govern the terms of service, intellectual property rights, and SLA. These general Terms apply to the exploratory and public-facing elements of our AI services.

3. Intellectual Property

The website and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Funky Flow Studios and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Funky Flow Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

5. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
